Decontamination is very expensive

A Lab Composite test is a cross between a screening test and the gold standard discreet individual lab test. We test every room and send to the lab for results. The lab tests them all and gives a single composite result for the entire property. If meth is discovered, the lab keeps the samples for a short period. Extra testing charges apply but we can request the lab go back and test & provide results on each room.

Disadvantages of this test
This is the gold standard of testing. Each room is tested & analysed separately in the lab. Results are given for each space. If a instant screen tests positive at any point you will need to upgrade to this test to begin remediation.
If you know there has been meth in the property, this is the test to start with.

"We were in the process of buying a new home when we found out that meth contamination could be an issue. We called Ryan from Xpanded Concepts and I’m so glad we did. The house looked clean but came back with high levels of meth in what would have been my daughter’s bedroom. I can’t believe it. Do yourself and get tested, couldn’t recommend more.
"I recently had my rental property tested for meth contamination after some suspicious activity from a previous tenant. Ryan was quick to respond and very professional. Unfortunately, meth was discovered but glad we found it & removed it before we moved in.
Do yourself a favour and get your home tested. You’ve got no idea what happened in that house prior to moving in and no other way of knowing there is contamination. If it is contaminated ignorance will not save you from the health problems that will come from it. The service from Xpanded Concepts was top notch, highly recommend.
